At the heart of a good product is a good design. We have over 50 years of experience in the fiberglass/composites industry helping our customers go from concept to fully realized designs. We pride ourselves in understanding our materials, their strengths and weaknesses and also understanding how they interface with other materials. The best solutions for your products come when we are an integral part of the design process from the beginning. We use the latest CAD/CAM software to work with your own files or develop them for you.
In order to produce great parts you need great tooling. We use our own in house CNC machining capability to produce the most accurate tooling.
Fibre Laminations Ltd. uses a wide variety of composites processes to produce parts and assemblies. We can help you decide which process is best for your parts from both engineering and cost perspectives. We can also help you plan a path from the least expensive processes at low volumes to more advanced processes as your products grow and mature.
We offer a range of additional services to produce parts that are ready for you to use. Besides basic trimming we can produce cutouts, drill holes, fine tune thicknesses and more. We can glue on metal brackets or other parts, bolt, rivet or otherwise provide assembly services. A range of finishes can be provided.
Besides having our own quality program we can help you develop a program that meets the need of your parts and products. We have checks at every stage of production and can offer measurement and gauging services for your parts.
